What’s your shipping and return policy?

We ship all care packages within 2–4 business days. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food or beverage items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. For merchandise or apparel, exchanges are available if items are unworn and returned within 14 days.
